Koala
One of the most recognisable animals in Australia, the Koala can be found in many areas of Queensland with the greatest concentration in the south east. Phascolarctos cinerus has been listed as vulnerable under both the Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and the Nature Conservation Act 1992. Due to the concentration of its habitat in south east Queensland, Earthtrade has extensive experience in the establishment of offsets for Koala and combining these offsets with other relevant ecological communities.
